| 摘 要： | 电子病历在临床上的应用提高了病历书写质量和医师的工作效率,但对培养医学生的临床工作责任心、诊断思维和独立分析能力上却存在一些不足。通过对新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院的临床教学实践的分析,阐述电子病历在临床教学应用过程中出现的问题和存在的缺陷。指导临床教学医院更好地发挥电子病历所带来的便利,以提高临床教学质量。 |

| Abstract: | The application of electronic medical records in the clinical can improve the quality and efficiency of medical record,but there is some shortcomings in clinical responsibility,diagnostic thinking and independent analysis for medical students.To analyze the practice of clinical teaching in People′s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,can describe the problems and defects of application of electronic medical records in clinical teaching,and make the electronic medical records to bring better convenience to improve the quality of clinical teaching in clinical teaching hospital. |
