自噬与凋亡相互关系的分子机制探讨

摘    要:自噬作为另一种程序性细胞死亡,是真核细胞通过降解自身的细胞质和细胞器实行"自我消化"的一系列生化过程,与凋亡在生化代谢途径和形态学方面都有显著的区别。但近来研究发现,自噬与凋亡可通过内在的分子调控机制与凋亡相互协调转化,共同促进细胞死亡。对于二者相互作用的研究不仅可以进一步揭示肿瘤发生发展的潜在机制,而且为肿瘤的治疗和预防提供了新的思路。

Abstract:Autophagy,as a programmed cell death,is a series of biochemical process that eukaryocytes perform auto-digestion through degradating personal cytoplasm and organoid,and has distinguished differences with apoptosis in biochemistry metabolic pathway and morphology.Recent researches found that autophagy could intercoordinate and convert with apoptosis to promote cell death through inner molecular regulation mechanisms.Research about interaction of autophayg and apoptosis not only can reveal the potential mecha...
