团注追踪法增强MRA对糖尿病患者下肢血管病的诊断价值

目的探讨团注追踪法增强磁共振血管成像(MRA)技术评估糖尿病下肢血管病的应用价值。方法对31例可疑罹患下肢血管病的糖尿病患者依次行MRA、DSA造影检查;以DSA为金标准,综合评价MRA图像诊断下肢血管病变的准确性。结果团注追踪法增强MRA检查,所有患者下肢动脉血管均显示满意。MRA检出狭窄程度≥50%的血管(B类)病变的敏感度与特异度分别为95%、98%,检出血管闭塞(C类)的敏感度和特异度分别为98%、99%。MRA对整个下肢动脉、腘动脉以上动脉和腘动脉下血管的评价均与DSA有很好的一致性,kappa值分别为0.93、0.96、0.91。结论磁共振血管成像是一种简单可靠的方法,有助于糖尿病患者肢体血管病性疾病评价。
