晚期胰腺癌的化疗进展

胰腺癌是目前胃肠道肿瘤中预后差,且发病率呈逐渐上升趋势的一种疾病。目前晚期胰腺癌的治疗手段有限,是当前肿瘤治疗的难点之一,以吉西他滨为基础的化疗被认为是目前晚期胰腺癌的一线标准治疗。吉西他滨化疗失败后的晚期胰腺癌多选择单药或联合靶向药物挽救治疗。而靶向药物联合化疗是近年来治疗晚期胰腺癌的新的热点,在此结合新的临床证据对目前晚期胰腺癌治疗予以综述。
