| 摘 要： | 目的评价23G玻璃体切除器在治疗Terson综合征中的作用及手术时机对预后的影响。方法应用23G玻璃体切除器，部分配合剥膜、眼内光凝、玻璃体腔内注空气或C3F8等治疗Terson综合征11例（18眼）。结果所有患者术后玻璃体腔清晰，视力较术前均有提高。结论23G玻璃体切除器治疗Terson综合征玻璃体积血，手术并发症少，恢复快，手术时机越早者视力预后越好。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of 23-gauge transconjunctival vitrectomy system in treating Terson syndrome,and to assess the impact of operating-timing on the prognosis.Methods 11 cases with Terson' s syndrome was treated with 23-gauge transcomjunctival vitrectomy system,some of them with peeling of epiretinal membrane,intraocular laser coagulation,tamponading of air or expansive gases.Results All patients' vitreous were clear after the surgey and the visual acuity was improved inordinately.Conclusion 23-gauge transconjunctival vitrectomy system therapy of vitreous hemorrhage in Terson' s syndrome is a safe and effective surgical procedure,which has quick recovery,simple operation and less complication.The earlier surgery is good for recovery. |
