| 摘 要： | 目的探讨先天性泪囊炎泪道探通术的疗效。方法对75例（82眼）2～10个月婴儿先天性泪囊炎泪道探通疗效观察分析。结果一次探通率90．24％。结论门诊表麻下成功率高，并发症少，复发率低。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of probing in congenital dacryocystitis.Methods Eighty two eyes in 75 cases congenital dacryocystitis (aged 2 ～ 10 months old) were studied to analysis the effect of probing.Results The success rate of first probing was 90.24％.Conclusion Probing on outpatients under topical anesthesia had high success rate,with few complications and low recurrence rate. |
