角膜浅表铁质异物的临床分期和治疗方法

目的探讨角膜浅表铁质异物的临床分期和各期治疗方法。方法根据角膜浅表铁质异物临床表现进行分期,设计各期的治疗方法。结果角膜浅表铁质异物可分为粘附期、锈蚀期、排异期和坏死组织残留期等4期以及并发炎症反应和并发感染等2种并发症。各期需采用不同方法摘出异物和锈蚀组织。结论角膜浅表铁质异物可根据其临床表现分期,再采用相应方法摘出异物,能有效减少损伤和瘢痕形成。建议在未发生角膜虹膜反应和感染者可以考虑延后至排异期治疗或分期摘出,以减少瘢痕形成。

Clinical phases and treatment of corneal superficial iron foreign bodies

Objective To study the clinical phases and treatment of corneal superficial iron foreign bodies (CSIFBs).Methods Designating the phases and treatment according to the clinical manifestations of CSIFBs.Results The clinical phases of CSIFBs could be separated into 4 phases as adherence phase,rusterosion phase,exclusion phase and necrotic tissues residue phase and 2 complications as concurrence inflammations and infection.To remove foreign bodies and rust-eaten ring by different techniques in each phase.Conclusion CSIFBs can be designated phases based on diverse clinical manifestations.Applying different techniques can minimize damage and scarring.It is recommended that the treatment should be postponed to exclusion phase or performed by several times,when there is neither concurrence inflammation nor infection.
