| 摘 要： | 山东中医药高等专科学校经过多年中医药高职教育办学的探索与实践,搭建了＂实境化、多功能、开放式＂的实践教学平台,构建了＂内培外引、校企互通＂的实践教学师资队伍建设模式,建立了＂五位一体＂的实践教学体系,提升了人才培养质量,对全国中医药高职院校实践教学体系建设具有借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Based on explorations and practices in higher vocational education of traditional Chinese medicine,Shandong College of Traditional Chinese Medicine has built a practical teaching platform with characteristics of reality practicing,multifunction,and open system,established a practical teaching staff construction mode that combines taking in experts from outside with training inside and communications between schools and enterprises,and set up a ＂five-in-one＂ practical teaching system.All these innovations will not only improve the quality of talent training,but will also be a salutary lesson for the national higher vocational colleges of Chinese medicine＇s practical teaching system construction. |
