无张力疝修补术不同术式治疗老年腹股沟疝的疗效对比

目的:研究探讨无张力疝修补术的不同术式治疗老年腹股沟疝患者的效果。方法:选取500例老年腹股沟疝患者,根据不同治疗方式将患者分为普里灵疝装置修补术(PHS组)、Lichtenstein组与Rutkow组,分析比较三组患者手术后的治疗效果、并发症等。结果:三组患者平均手术时间无明显差异(P>0.05);PHS组患者平均住院时间显著短于Lichtenstein组与Rutkow组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组患者其术后总体复发率无明显差异(P>0.05),但普里灵装置组患者其复发疝的治疗效果显著优于另外两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无张力疝修补术的不同术式对于老年腹股沟疝患者均具有一定治疗效果,但PHS装置对于复发疝的治疗效果更佳。

Comparison of therapeutic efficacy of different repairing approaches of tension-free hemioplasty on elderly patients with inguinal hernia

Objective：To study and investigate clinical efficacy of different repairing approaches of tension-free hemioplasty on elderly patients with inguinal hernia. Methods：All 500 patients with inguinal hernia were selected and randomly divided into prolene hernia system group （ PHS group）, Lichtenstein group and Rutkow group. The therapeutic efficacy and complications of the three groups were analyzed and compared. Results： There were no significant differences in mean operating time among the three groups （P〉0. 05）. The mean hospitalization time of PHS group was lower than those of Lichtenstein group and Rutkow group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. There were no significant differences in postoperative recurrent rate among the three groups （P〉0. 05）. The therapeutic effects of PHS group were better than those of Lichtenstein group and Rutkow group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： All three tension-free hemioplasty approaches have perfect efficacy, however, PHS is especially suitable for treating recurrent inguinal hernia.
