| 摘 要： | 目的 采用高效液相色谱法测定骨刺消痛胶囊中欧前胡素的含量.方法 色谱柱：Thermo C18 （4.6×250mm,5m）,流动相：甲醇-水（54：46）,流速：0.8ml· min-1,柱温：30℃,检测波长：300nm[1].结果 欧前胡素在0.07595 μg∽0.45570μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r-0.9998）;平均加样回收率为98.1％,RSD为0 2％（n=6）.结论 该方法简便易行,结果可靠,可有效地控制骨刺消痛胶囊的质量. |

| Abstract: | Objective Determination of imperatorin in gucixiaotong capsule by HPLC. Methods chromatographic column： Thermo C18 （4.6×250mm, 5 μm）, mobile phase ： methanol-water （54：46）, flow rate： 0.8ml.min-1, column temperature： 30 ℃, detection wavelength： 300nm. Results Irnperatorin in 0.07595 μg--0.45570μg range and peak area had a good linear relationship （r=0.9998）; the average recovery was 98.1%, RSD was 0.2% （n=6）. Conclusion The method is simple, reliable, and can effectively control the quality for gucixiaotong capsules. |
