中西医结合治疗老年肺气虚型鼻鼽62例

目的探讨研究中西医结合治疗老年肺气虚型鼻鼽的临床效果。方法将126例患者随机分成对照组和治疗组，对照组用口服开瑞坦联合鼻喷丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂给予治疗，治疗组采用中西医结合治疗。结果治疗组62例患者中，显效23例，有效31例，无效8例，治愈54例，总有效率为87.10%；对照组64例患者中，显效19例，有效24例，无效21例，治愈43例，总有效率为67.19%。两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论中西医结合治疗老年肺气虚型鼻鼽临床疗效较好，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Research of Integrative Medicine in Elderly Lung Qi Allergic Rhinitis Treatment for 62 Cases

Objective Explore the clinical effects of combination therapy in elderly lung Deifciency allergic rhinitis.Methods The 126 patients were randomly divided into a control group and the treatment group ,the control group combined with oral loratadine and fluticasone propionate nasal spray given treatment,treatment group Integrative Medicine.Results 62 patients in the treatment group,23 cases markedly effective in 31 cases,8 cases were cured 54 cases total effective rate was 87.10%;the control group of 64 patients,19 cases were markedly effective in 24 cases,ineffective in 21 cases,43 were cured case the total effective rate was 67.19%.Difference between the two groups was statistically signiifcant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The clinical efifcacy of combination therapy in elderly lung qi Allergic Rhinitis better,worthy of clinical application.
