Abstract: | A 54 years old male patient, 5 months ago, cough and expectoration were induced by lung cancer and hiccups were triggered and lasted for 1 day after radiochemotherapy. Firstly, the sensitized points were detected in the region of BL 17. The disposable subcutaneous trocar acupuncture needle was inserted transversely. Afterward, the Zúsānl? (足三里 ST 36) was injected by metoclopramide injection, one mL each point, then catgut embedding was carried at ST36. Comprehensive therapy was used, satisfactory effects can be achieved in the treatment of Hiccup after chemotherapy. |
