急性期脑梗死患者火热证候与生存质量关系研究

目的观察脑梗死患者急性期火热证候与其卒中特异性生存质量的关系。方法将符合研究标准的急性期脑梗死患者经中医辨证后分为火热组和非火热组，应用卒中专用量表“卒中影响量表（SIS）”评价患者生存质量。结果在卒中影响量表各维度中，交流和记忆／思维两维度评分火热组明显低于非火热组。结论火热证与非火热证脑梗死患者生存质量存在差异。火热证脑梗死患者其交流和记忆／思维方面的生存质量较差，可能与其火热证的证候特点密切相关。

Study on the Survival Quality of Cerebral Vascular Patients with Heat-syndrome in Acute Phase

Objective:To observe the survival quality of cerebral infarction patients in acute seizure phase with different TCM syndrome types.Methods:The patients with cerebral infarction in acute seizure phase targeted to the inclusion criteria were divided into the heat gorup and non-heat group through the syndrome differentiation of TCM.The survival quality of patients were evaluated with the Stroke Impact Scale(SIS).Results:In all dimensions of SIS,the socores of memory/thinking and communication dimensions in the heat group were obviously lower than those in the non-heat group.Conclusion:The cerebral infarction patients in acute seizure phase with different TCM syndrome types have different survival quality.The heat group showed lower survival quality in memory/thinking and communication dimensions,which may be closely related to the characteristics of syndrome manifestations.
