利拉鲁肽对超重和肥胖2型糖尿病患者血糖和体重控制的疗效分析

目的：观察利拉鲁肽对超重和肥胖2型糖尿病患者血糖和体重控制的疗效。方法：选取本院住院治疗的体重指数≥26 kg/m^2的2型糖尿病患者20例,既往使用多种口服降糖药血糖控制不佳者,应用利拉鲁肽注射液治疗16周,比较治疗前后患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、体重指数、HbA1c的控制情况。结果：与治疗前比较,患者应用利拉鲁肽治疗后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、体重均明显降低（P〈0.05）。结论：利拉鲁肽能够有效控制超重和肥胖2型糖尿病患者的血糖升高和体重增加。

Clinical Analysis of Blood Glucose and Weight Control in Patients with Overweight and Obese Type 2 Diabetes with Liraglutide

Objective： To investigate effects of Liraglutide on glycemic control, body weight on overweight and obese patients with type 2 diabetes. Mellitus. Methods：Selected 20 patients with type 2 diabetes treated at this hospital whose body mass index≥26kg/m^2,who previous use of a variety of oral hypoglycemic drugs in poor glycemic control, application of liraglutide injection for 16 weeks. Compared fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2h blood glucose, body weight, HbA1c control in patients before and after treatment. Results： Compared with before treatment, fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2h blood glucose, HbA1c, body weight of patients after liraglutide treatment were obviously decreased（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Liraglutide can effectively control elevated blood glucose and weight gain in overweight and obese patients with type 2 diabetes.
