矩阵针刺对椎动脉型颈椎病椎动脉血流的影响

目的：观察矩阵针刺对椎动脉型颈椎病患者椎动脉血流的影响。方法：将椎动脉型颈椎病患者125例随机分为2组，对照组静脉滴注银杏达莫注射液联合口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊，治疗组以矩阵针刺治疗联合口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊口服。连续治疗10天，观察并比较2组患者Vs、Vm、RI及PI。结果：矩阵针刺治疗可显著提高椎动脉型颈椎病患者Vs、Vm值，降低RI值，2组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：矩阵针刺可以提高椎动脉血流，改善血流动力学，为临床治疗椎动脉型颈椎病提供依据。

Influence of Matrix Acupuncture on Blood Flow of Vertebral Artery in the Patients with Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type

Objective：To explore the influence of matrix acupuncture on blood flow of vertebral artery in the patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type （CSA）. Methods： All 125 patients were randomized into two groups. The control group accepted intravenous dripping of ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection, oral flunarizine hydrochloride capsules, the treatment group matrix acupuncture and oral flunarizine hydrochloride cap-sules. Vs, Vm, RI and PI of both groups were observed and compared when they were treated for ten consecutive days. Results：Matrix acupuncture could significantly improve Vs, Vm, decrease RI of the patients, the difference be-tween both groups had statistical meaning （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion：Matrix acupuncture could improve blood flow of vertebral artery and hemodynamics, which could provide evidence for clinical treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.
