| 摘 要： | 目的 检测前列腺增生组织中成纤维细胞生长因子 - 7(FGF - 7)的表达 ,探讨其在前列腺增生中的作用。方法 应用半定量RT PCR技术和免疫组织化学方法 ,检测 32例前列腺增生组织中FGF - 7的表达 ,并与正常的前列腺组织进行比较。结果 前列腺增生组织中 ,FGF - 7mRNA的水平高于正常前列腺组织 ;前列腺组织中均见FGF - 7阳性染色 ,前列腺增生组织中表达显著高于正常的前列腺组织。结论 前列腺增生组织中FGF - 7的表达高于正常前列腺组织 ,提示FGF - 7对促进前列腺的增生起重要作用 |

| Abstract: | Objective To determine expression of fibroblast growth factor 7(FGF-7)in benign prostate hyperplasia tissue. Methods The expression levels of FGF-7 mRNA in 32 samples of benign prostate hyperplasia and normal prostate tissues were detected by semi-quantitive RT-PCR, while the expression level of FGF-7 protein was detected by immunohistochemical staining and quantitative analysis. Results The expression levels of both FGF-7 mRNA and protein in benign prostate hyperplasia tissue were higher than those in normal prostate tissues. Conclusion FGF-7 may play an important role in benign prostate hyperplasia tissue. |
