养血生乳口服液对产后子宫缩复和免疫功能的影响

目的探讨养血生乳口服液对妇女产后子宫缩复和免疫功能的影响。方法采用单盲随机对照法,以产宝口服液为对照,对正常产妇117例进行临床观察;通过实验观察养血生乳口服液对产后小鼠离体子宫平滑肌的影响,并采用环磷酰胺制造小鼠免疫抑制模型,观察了其对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能和T细胞数的影响。结果养血生乳口服液能明显促进妇女产后子宫缩复,减少产后出血量,增强产妇免疫功能;并能显著增加产后小鼠离体子宫平滑肌的收缩张力和收缩频率,明显提高免疫抑制小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能和增加T细胞数。结论养血生乳口服液有较好的促进妇女产后康复作用,其机制可能与其提高子宫收缩作用和增强免疫功能有关。

Effects of Yangxueshengru oral solution on the functions of lying-in woman uterus contractibility recovery and immunity

Objective To discuss Yangxueshengru oral solutions effects on the functions of lying-inwoman uterus contractibility recovery and immunity.Methods Compared to chanbao oral solution with yangxushengru oral solution bysingle blind randomcontrastmethod,clinical observations were made in117 nomal ly-ing in women and the effects on the uterus smooth muscle of postpartumrats in vitro were experimentally made.Results Yangxueshengru oral solution could promote postpartumuterus contractibilityrecovery,reduce postpar-tumbleeding amount,enhance lying in womens immunity function,significantly strengthen the contract tensionand frequency of uterus smooth muscle of postpartumrats in vitro.Conclusion Yangxueshengru oral solution isa ideal preparation which can promote lying-in women to restoye to health.
