乳腺癌术后引流方式的比较

目的 比较几种常见引流方式的优劣。方法 对2002年1月-2004年12月的161例乳腺癌手术患者各种引流方式进行横向比较研究。结果 159例乳腺癌根治术患者中44例积液，积液的总发生率为27．67％；腋下＋胸内侧双管引流组3例积液，发生率为13．04％；腋下引流＋胸壁栽葱组29例积液，发生率为30．85％；腋下引流组12例积液，发生率为27．90％。结论腋下＋胸内侧双管负压引流组积液的发生率明显低于其他两组，但缺乏显著差异。

A comparison of a few kinds of drainage after the radical mastectomy

Objective To compare a few of frequently drainage ascendancy. Methods The three kinds of drainage were compared and analyzed after the radical mastectomy from 1,2002 to 12,21304. Results The ratio of fluid accumulation was 27.90% in the single axillary drainage group , 30.85 % in the multiple tubes axillary and pectoral drainage group, 13.04% in the axillary and pectoral drainage group of the negative pressure suction. Conclusion The ratio fluid accumulation of the two tubes drain with negative pressure drainage group is lower than other drainage groups. But there are no significant deviation.
