D-二聚体检测诊断肺栓塞的方法学研究与临床意义

目的探讨血浆D-二聚体（D-dimer,DD）检测快速准确的方法和诊断肺栓塞的临床意义。方法分别用胶体金双抗体夹心挪威Nycocard ReaderⅡ多功能全定量检测仪法、免疫比浊日本SysmexCA1500全自动血凝仪法;手工目测定性法三种方法对42例确诊为肺栓塞的患者检测血浆中DD含量,记录结果进行比较。结果 42例肺栓塞患者DD检测胶体金法阳性42例,阳性率100%;免疫比浊法阳性42例,阳性率100%;与手工目测定性法比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,胶体金法与免疫比浊法比较DD阳性率相同,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论胶体金法、免疫比浊法检测血浆D-二聚体结果准确、快速、便捷,作为肺诊断栓塞的首选过筛试验,值得推广应用。
