HBV携带者亚健康状态中医证候分析

目的：调查HBV携带者亚健康状态的中医证候特点及其诊断要素。方法：采取问卷、专家体检和实验室检测相结合的方法对317名HBV携带者进行调查，对其中处于亚健康状态的HBV携带者的主要临床症状进行统计分析，并在辨证分型的基础上对各主要证型的诊断要素进行归纳总结。结亲：在所调查的317名HBV携带者中有208名表现为亚健康状态，亚健康发生率为65．66％；主要临床症状有22个，出现频率较高的依次为疲劳乏力、小便黄、脘胁不适等：涉及中医证候分型有10个，其中以肝郁脾虚证、脾气虚证、肝肾阴虚证、肝郁气滞证、心肝郁热证等证型多见。结论：大多数HBV携带者处于亚健康状态，其中医证候分布呈现一定的特点和规律性。

Study on Chinese Medical Syndromes of Sub-health State in HBV Carriers

Objective： To investigate the syndrome characteristics and related diagnostic key points of HBV carriers＇ sub-health state. Methods： 317 HBV carriers were surveyed with the combination of questionnaire, physical examination and laboratory detection. The main clinical symptoms of HBV carriers＇ sub-health states were observed and analyzed. Then, on the basis of syndrome identification, the diagnostic key points of the various syndromes were summarized. Result： 208 cases out of 317 HBV carriers were in sub-health state, accounting for 65.66%. There were twenty-two main clinical symptoms, including fatigue, yellow urine, abdominal-flank discomforts, etc. In syndrome identification, all the HBV carriers＇ sub-health state were categorized into ten syndromes, in which the liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome, spleen-qi deficiency syndrome, liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome and liver-qi stagnation syndrome were the most common ones. Conclusions： Most of the HBV carriers are in sub-health state and their syndromes take on some characteristics and regularities.
