肝动脉化疗栓塞联合亚砷酸注射液治疗中晚期肝癌临床研究

目的探讨肝动脉化疗栓塞联合亚砷酸注射液治疗中晚期肝癌的近期疗效。方法采用羟基喜树碱(HCPT)30 mg+5-Fu 1.0 g+ADM 40 mg+PDD 40 mg灌注化疗,然后将HCPT 10 mg与栓塞剂充分混合后栓塞,间隔4周,2~3个周期后观察疗效。同时给予0.1%亚砷酸注射液15 mL加入生理盐水500 mL中缓慢静滴3 h,每日1次,连用14 d,间隔2周重复。结果共完成治疗84周期,平均2.8周期。在可评价的30例中,总有效率77%。治疗后KPS评分提高20例(67%),稳定7例(23%),下降3例(10%)。不良反应可耐受。结论采用以HCPT为主的TACE联合亚砷酸注射液治疗中晚期原发性肝癌近期疗效较好。

Clinical study of transcatheter arterial chemoem-bolization combined with arsenious oxide injection on liver cancer in middle and advanced stage

Objective It is to study the near stage curative effect of transcatheter arterial chemoem-bolization(TACE) combined with arsenious oxide injection on liver cancer in middle and advanced stage.Methods The patients were treated with hydroxycamptothecin(HCPT) 30 mg+5-Fu 1.0 g+ADM 40 mg+PDD 40 mg.Then HCPT 10mg was mixed with embolism agentia to block liver artery.The interval was four weeks and after two or three stages the curative effect was observed.At the same time the patients were given 0.1% arsenious oxide injection 15 mL+normal saline 500 mL by slow intravenous drip for 3 h once a day and for 14 days.The interval was two weeks.Results The total completed treatment stage was 84,on the average of which were 2.8.The total effective rate was 77% in 30 cases which could be evaluated.The patients whose KPS scores increased,unchanged,decreased were 20 cases(67%), 7 cases(23%) and 3 cases(10%) respectively.The side effect could be tolerated.Conclusion The near stage curative effect of TACE combined with arsenious oxide injection on liver cancer in middle and advanced stage was satisfactory.
