摘 要: | 目的探讨经皮椎体成形术(PVP)治疗骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折的手术技巧和临床疗效。方法对16例胸腰椎压缩性骨折的患者18个椎体进行PVP治疗。均采用椎弓根入路穿刺进入椎体,在C形臂X线机全程透视下向椎体内加压注射骨水泥。结果椎弓根穿刺成功率100%,骨水泥注射剂量3~7ml,骨水泥均匀充填椎体10个,部分充填椎体者8个,成形术后椎体前部高度恢复6例,15例手术后局部疼痛均缓解,缓解起效时间在注射骨水泥后10min至3d。注射后骨水泥不同程度泄露者共2例。结论PVP是一种治疗骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折疗效显著,而安全的方法,特别适用于高年龄、身体状况较差、不能接受大型手术的患者。

Percutaneous vertebroplasty for osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture |

Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effect of the percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP) in the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures. Methods The 16 patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture (18 vertebral bodies) were treated with PVP i.e through vertebr-arch root puncturing into vertebral body and pressing & injecting bone cement under transmission of C-arm X-ray.Results PVP were successfully performed with unilateral or bilateral vertebral pedicles for all the 18 vertebrae(among 18, even filling in 10,partial filling in 8). The injection dose of bone cement was 3-7ml. The anterior height of the injured vertebral body in 6 patients recovered normal. 15 patients were experienced complete pain relief, the onset times of relief were from 10min to 3 days. There was no severe complication related to the treatment. Bone cement leakage occurred during the procedure in 2 vertebraes of 2 cases. Conclusion PVP is a safe and significant effective therapy for osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures, especially feasible use in whom, elderly, poor healthy condition, as well unable to undergo large operation. |
