摘    要:目的建立胶乳增强免疫透射比浊法测定全血中的糖化血红蛋白A1c.方法用免疫透射比浊法测定糖化血红蛋白A1c,并对其重复性、准确性、线性范围、相关性实验和干扰实验加以评价.结果高、低浓度的糖化血红蛋白A1c批内CV为3.2%和4.1%;批间CV为4.6%和5.8%,总CV分别为6.7%和4.6%.线性范围为2%~15%;平均回收率分别为106.7%和102.4%.与微柱法测定结果比较具有良好的相关性(P>0.05).一定程度脂浊和黄疸对测定无明显干扰,抗坏血酸对测定无影响.结论胶乳增强免疫透射比浊法测定糖化血红蛋白A1c具有较好精密度和准确度,并且快速、灵敏和可靠,适合临床实验室常规开展.

Abstract:Objective The method on latex particle intensified immunity transmission turbidity was established to determine the glycosylated hemoglobin A1c in whole blood. Methods Used the method on latex particle intensified immunity transmission turbidity to detect the glycosylated hemoglobin A1c and also evaluated the precision accuracy,linearity relatively test and the interfere test on it. Results The inter-CV for high level and low level of HbA1c were 3.2% and 4. 1% respectively. The intra-CV for them were 4. 6% and 5. 8%. The linear range of it could attain to 15%. The average recovery rates were 106. 7% and 102. 4% respectively. The lipidemia and icterus had rarely interfere with it and also ascorbic acid did no effect. Conclusion The immunity transmission turbidity with latex particle intensified have a good precision and accuracv.It is a rapid,sensitive and reliable method,which can act as a clinical routine method for measuring HbA1c.
