| 摘 要： | 目的观察不同剂量厄贝沙坦治疗原发性高血压的疗效与安全性。方法选择94例住院原发性高血压患者，随机平分为2组，治疗组与对照组；分别口服厄贝沙坦37．5和75mg／d治疗4周。结果治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为80．9％和76．6％，无统计学意义；治疗4周后两组的不良反应发生率差异也统计学意义。结论小剂量厄贝沙坦治疗原发性高血压疗效好且安全，值得临床推广。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect and security of different dosage of irbesartan in the treatment of essential hypertension. Methods 94 patients with essential hypertension were equally divided into the treatment group and control group, the two group were treated for 4 weeks with 37.5 ～ 75.0 rag/d-re-spectively. Results The total effectiveness between the treatment group and eontrol group were 80. 9% and 76. 6% ,and the side effects formation rate between the two groups were 12. 8%and 14. 9% ,there was no signif-icant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Few dosage irbesartan are effective and safe in the treat-merit of essential hypertension. |
