种植钛钉行颌间牵引固定的临床应用

目的探讨应用种植钛钉行颌间牵引固定的临床效果。方法对需行颌间牵引的颌骨骨折伴咬铪关系紊乱患者35例，应用种植钛钉进行牙槽骨颌间牵引固定，调整咬铪关系后再切开整复＋钛板坚强内固定术，术后再持续牵引7～14天。结果全部患者均恢复咬耠关系，影像学检查解剖复位28例，基本复位7例。结论种植钛钉行颌间牵引固定几乎适用于所有颌骨骨折伴咬袷关系紊乱患者。

Clinical Application of Plant Titanium Screw in Intermaxillary Traction and Fixation

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the application of plant titanium screw in intermaxillary traction and fixation. Methods 35 cases of jaw fracture with malocclusion were applied with the plant titanium screws, combined with adjusting the relationship between teeth and cut and titanium rigid internal fixation after 7 - 14 days of continuous traction. Results All eases turned out to restore the relationship between teeth, imaging examination suggested that 28 cases had anatomic diaplasis and seven cases had basic diaplasis. Conclusions Plant titanium screw traction llne between the fixed jaw is almost applicable to all teeth combined with mandibular fractures in patients with disordered relationships.
