细胞粘附分子的表达与中医痰证的关系

目的：探讨中医痰证性疾病与ICAM-1蛋白之间的内在联系。方法：应用免疫组化方法检测辨证明确的中医＂痰核＂性疾病——甲状腺瘤、淋巴结结核、乳腺纤维腺瘤患者各30例的病理组织、15例的正常组织中ICAM-1蛋白的表达。结果：ICAM-1在甲状腺正常组织、腺瘤组织中ICAM-1蛋白的阳性表达检出率分别为40%、60%,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义;在淋巴结正常组织、结核病组织中ICAM-1蛋白的阳性表达检出率分别为25%、86.7%,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义;在乳腺正常组织、纤维腺瘤组织中ICAM-1蛋白阳性表达检出率分别为33.3%、70%,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论：甲状腺腺瘤、淋巴结结核、乳腺纤维腺瘤患者在病理组织中ICAM-1蛋白的表达高于正常组织,在甲状腺腺瘤、淋巴结核、乳腺纤维腺瘤的病理组织中ICAM-1蛋白的阳性率两两比较其P值分别为0.11、0.15、0.08,以上P值均大于0.05,故三组之间比较无显著差异。

Study on the Relationship Detween Cellular Adhesive Molecular Expression and Traditional Chinese Medicine Phlegm Syndrome

Objective：Studying on the internal relationship of TCM phlegm syndrome and ICAM-1.Methods：Using immunohistochemistry method to test the clear disease of TCM phlegm syndrome thyroid adenoma,they were lymphoid tuberculosis and fibroadenoma of breast of patients 30 cases pathological tissue and 15 cases normal tissue in each group with ICAM-1 expression.Results：The experessions of ICAM-1in thyroid gland normal tissue and thyroid adenoma tissue was 40% and 60%（P0.05）.The difference was significant.The expressions of ICAM-1 in lymph node normal tissue and lymphoid tuberculosis tissue was 25% and 86.7%（P0.05）.The difference was significant.The expressions of ICAM-1 in mammary gland normal tissue and fibroadenoma of breast tissue was 33.3% and 70%（P0.05）.The difference was significant.Conclusions：The expressions of ICAM-1 in thyroid adenoma,lymphoid tuberculosis and fibroadenoma of breast patients of pathological tissue are higher than normal tissue in each group.Comparing the expression ratio of ICAM-1 among thyroid adenoma,lymphoid tuberculosis and fibroadenoma of breast,there are no difference among them.
