基于“治未病思想”探讨肝病瘀血舌客观化指标的研究

目的：从分子水平探讨肝病患者不同血瘀证及其形成的病理机制。方法：采用前瞻性研究的方法进行肝病瘀血舌患者血液MDA、SOD、GSH-Px的测定。结果：不同肝病组与正常组的MDA、SOD、GSH-Px的比较有显著性差异（P〈0.01）;不同肝病血瘀证组与正常组的MDA、SOD、GSH-Px的比较表明：血瘀证各组的MDA显著增高（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）;不同肝病血瘀证组与气虚血瘀组比较结果显示：气滞血瘀、湿热瘀滞、肝瘀痰阻的MDA、SOD、GSH-Px与气虚血瘀组比较有显著差异（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论：不同肝病血瘀证组与正常组比较,MDA、SOD、GSH-Px有显著性差异,说明正常组抗氧化剂的防御体系能抵御邪气（自由基）,并有力地清除O2、H2O2和脂质过氧化物。因此本实验证实：MDA、SOD、GSH-Px是能反映机体邪正盛衰,并通过其含量的多少,区分肝病是否存在血瘀的指标。

Study of the Objective Indexes of the Hepatopathy Tongue of Blood Stasis Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Theory of Treatment Before Being Sick

Objectives：To explore the pathology mechanism of hepatopathy tongue of blood stasis（TBS）on molecule level.Methods：Tongue of blood stasis of hepatopathy TBS and blood stasis syndrome and mechanism of their formation were probed by means of the test of molecular and prospective study.Results：There was significant differencs among MDA and SOD and GSH-Px of all the hepatopathy group and those of normal group（P〈0.01）;MDA of all the hepatopathy BSS group were risen significantly compared with normal group（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）,there was very marked differences between QDBSS and the others（P〈0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusions：On the indexes of MDA and SOD and GSH-Px,there was significant differences between hepatopathy group and normal group as well as BSS group and normal group,experiments showed that the system of defense of antioxidant may eliminate pathogen,so-called＂free radical＂,O-2 and H2O2 and lipid peroxide.So the experimental results bear out MDA and SOD and GSH-Px can reflect waxing-waning of vital Qi and pathogen of the body and these are the indexes that we identify blood stasis syndrome according as their contest.
