| 摘 要： | 对氧磷酶1是一种钙依赖糖蛋白，主要生理作用是防止低密度脂蛋白和高密度脂蛋白氧化修饰，抗动脉粥样硬化，此外还具有对抗细菌内毒素毒性以及对有机磷毒性的保护等作用。本文将对对氧磷酶1的结构、功能、生物特性及其与呼吸系统疾病之间的关系作一综述。

| Abstract: | Paraoxonase-1 is a caium dependent protein. The main physiological function is preventing oxidative modification of low-density lipoprotein and high-density lipoprotein, antiatherosclerosis, fighting against toxicity of bacterial endotoxin, and protecting toxicity of organophosphate. Therefore, the article reviews the structure, function, and biological characteristics of paraoxonase-1 and the relationship between paraoxonase-1 and respiratory diseases |
