综合护理干预对精神病患者生活质量的影响

目的：探讨综合护理干预对精神病患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2012年3月至2013年3月在我院住院治疗的80例精神病患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组各40例，对照组采用传统的常规治疗及护理，观察组在对照组基础上采用综合护理干预，比较两组患者在实施综合护理干预前后生活质量综合评定问卷（ GQOLI-74）、阴性症状量表（ SANS ）、护士用住院病人观察量表（ NOSIE）总分和各因子分的变化。结果两组在实施综合护理干预前SANS、GQOLI-74、NOSIE总分及各因子分差异不显著（ P＞0.01），实施综合护理干预后SANS、GQOLI-74、NOSIE总分及各因子分差异显著（ P＜0.01）。结论在精神科护理工作中对精神病患者进行积极有效的综合护理干预可减轻患者精神衰退程度，提高生活质量，有利于患者回归社会。

The influence of nursing intervention on the quality of life of psychiatric patients

Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on the quality of life of psychiatric patients .Methods From March 2012 to July 2013 in our hospital 80 cases hospitalized psychiatric patients were included , all patients were randomly divided in-to control group and observation group with 40 cases in each , the control group was given the traditional routine treatment and nursing , the observation group was given the comprehensive nursing intervention , two groups were compared in the implementation of comprehensive quali-ty of life before and after the nursing intervention comprehensive evaluation questionnaire （ GQOLI -74 ） , negative symptoms （ SANS ） , nurses with inpatient observation scale （ NOSIE） changes in the total score and each factor score.Results Before the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention the differences of SANS , GQOLI-74 , NOSIE total score and each factor score of the two groups were not significant （ P〉0.01 ） , after the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention the differences of them in the two groups were signifi -cant （ P〈0.01 ） .Conclusions The positive and effective comprehensive nursing intervention for the psychiatric patients can reduce men -tal recession, improve the quality of life, is beneficial to patients return to society .
