| 摘 要： | 降钙素原在脓毒血症中的诊疗价值已得到公认，但在呼吸道不同致病原所致感染性疾病中的诊断及鉴别诊断价值仍在探讨中。本文就目前发表的部分文献中的实验结果作一简要概述，旨在进一步探讨降钙素原水平检测在呼吸道感染性疾病诊疗、预后评估及指导抗生素应用中的价值。 |

| Abstract: | The therapeutic value of procalcitonin in sepsis has been recognized, but the diagnosis and differential diagnosis value of procalcitonin in the respiratory infectious diseases caused by different pathogens are still being explored. The artical summarizes experimental results in part of the literatures published currently, which aims to further explore the value of procalcitonin level detection in the diagnosis and prognosis of respiratory infectious disease and guiding antibiotic application. |
