摘    要:
辅助性T细胞17(Th17细胞)是一种新近发现的CD4^+T细胞亚群,已证实在慢性炎症性疾病及自身免疫性疾病的发病中有重要作用。初始T细胞在转化生长因子β1和IL-6的共同作用下分化发育成为Th17细胞,在IL-23的作用下,分泌多种细胞因子,募集和激活气道的中性粒细胞,促使COPD的发生发展,同时在COPD急性加重时,Th17细胞具有抗感染和加重慢性炎症的作用。这篇文章就此研究现状作一综述。

Abstract:
T-helper 17 (Th17) cells is a recently discovered CD4^+ T cell subset,which have been critical in chronic inflammatory diseases and autoimmune diseases. Naive CD4+ T cells may differentiate into the Th17 lineage depending on the presence of TGF-β1 and IL 6. The Th17 cells can secrete a variety of cytokines by responsiveness to IL-23, and then recruit and activate airway neutrophils to prompt the development of COPD. In acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) ,Th17 cells can provide protection against respiratory infections, but also aggravate chronic inflammation. This paper summarize the research of status.
