人文关怀在内分泌科中的应用效果分析

目的研究人文关怀在内分泌科中的应用效果以及实施对策。方法随机选取2012年7月至2013年7月于我院内分泌科就诊住院的128例患者分为观察组和对照组各64例。对照组实施临床基础护理，观察组在基础护理基础上增加人文关怀，对比两组患者临床护理满意度情况。结果通过实施不同的护理方法，所有患者治疗期间均无任何不良反应、并发症、安全事故和问题发生，临床疗效显著；观察组患者临床满意度为96．88％，明显高于对照组的85．94％，P〈0．05，差异具有统计学意义。结论人文关怀密切关注患者心理，让患者切实感受被关怀和尊重，从而对治疗充满信心，促进身体早日康复。

Application on the Effect of Humanistic Care in Department of Endocrinology

Objective To study the effect and the countermeasures of humanistic care in the endocrinology department. Methods A total of 128 patients in endocrinology department of our hospital from July 2012 to July 2013 were selected and divided into two groups, with 64 cases in each group. The control group received the clinical basic nursing, while the observation group received the humanistic care on the basis of basic nursing. The nursing satisfactions of two groups were compared. Results No adverse reaction, complication or security incident was found in all patients. The patients＇ satisfaction was 96.88% in the observation group, significantly higher than 85.94% in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Humanistic care pays attention to the psychological state of patients, and enables patients to feel being cared and respect, thus, improve patients＇ confidence to treatment, and promote physical recovery.
