广州市荔湾区婴幼儿喂养知识调查分析

目的调查本地区婴幼儿喂养者对科学喂养知识的知晓情况，为本地区婴幼儿健康教育提供依据。方法调查对象为首次进行儿童保健体检或预防接种的本地区婴幼儿喂养者，采用自编调查问卷（包含20个喂养问题）调查，要求现场作答。结果参与调查的婴儿763人，男婴427人，女婴336人。喂养者对辅食添加知晓率较高（80．02％），而对食物营养知晓率较低（50．46％）；文化程度越高，在婴幼儿营养及喂养知识方面掌握的越多，医护者对母乳喂养的优点及合理添加辅食正确率达到了100．00％。结论本地区居民对婴幼儿科学喂养知识的了解仍然不足，迫切需要开展喂养者科学喂养知识的宣教工作。

Investigations of Scientific Infant-Feeding Knowledge in Liwan District of Guangzhou

Objective To investigate the infant-feeding in Liwan district by understanding of knowledge of scientific feeding situation, and provide evidence for health education. Methods The infants with health physical examination and immunization first time were investigated with a questionnaire including 20 questions to be answered at once. Results The investigating involved 763 infants, 427 boys, 336 girls. Feeding people had much knowledge on adding multiple foods （80.02%）, and little knowledge on food and nutrition （50.46%）; The higher educational level of feeding people, the more knowledge on infant nutrition and feeding. The correct rate of the doctors and nurses who understood the benefits of breastfeeding and adding multiple foods was 100.00%. Conclusions These feeding people have not enough knowledge of scientific infant-feeding and they need health education of breast feeding and adding multiple infant foods.
