护理干预对老年性盆腔器官脱垂患者围手术期重要性探究

目的探讨老年性盆腔器官脱垂在围术期的护理要点。方法选择本院收治的老年盆腔器官脱垂患者80例为研究对象，回顾性分析其临床资料。所有患者均接受手术治疗，随机将其均分为对照组与观察组各40例，对照组患者在术后接受常规护理方案，观察组患者则从术前、术中以及术后全程实施护理干预，观察两组的护理效果并进行对比分析。结果观察组较对照组术后并发症发生几率更低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对于接受手术治疗方案的老年盆腔器官脱垂患者来说，围手术期的护理干预有利于提高手术成功率，并巩固手术治疗效果，具有积极的临床意义，值得推广应用。

Importance of Nursing Intervention for Perioperative Senile Patients with Pelvic Organ Prolapse

Objective To study the nursing points of senile patients with pelvic organ prolapse （POP） during perioperative period. Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with POP in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. All cases were divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received the routine nursing after therapy, while patients in the observation group received the whole course nursing intervention including pre-operation, intra-operation and post-operation. The nursing effects were observed and compared between two groups. Results The observation group had lower post-operative complication rate compared with the control group, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions For senile patients with POP who undergo surgical treatment, perioperative nursing can effectively improve the success rate of surgery, and consolidate the surgical effect. It has positive clinical significance, and is worthy of application.
