德宏州傣、景颇、德昂、阿昌族0-7岁G6PD缺乏症调查

目的了解云南省德宏州傣、景颇、德昂、阿昌族0—7岁G6PD缺乏症的流行病学现状。方法对云南省德宏州傣、景颇、德昂、阿昌族7岁以下儿童共2192人，进行了血液分析、Hb电泳、G6PD／6PGD定量比值法检测，并进行统计学分析。结果所调查的地区G6PD缺乏症发生率6．6％，不同年龄G6PD缺乏率各年龄组无明显差异，不同年龄G6PD缺乏率男女童有明显差异，男童明显高于女童；G6PD缺乏率以德昂族8．4％居首，各民族之间差异无显著意义；G6PD缺乏率以盈江县7．9％居高，各地区之间差异无统计学意义。结论G6PD缺乏率无论单因素分析，还是多因素分析男童高于女童，符合x伴性遗传方式；05PD缺乏率虽然与民族有关，更重要的与地域有关，该调查为云南省德宏州少数民族进行遗传咨询及进行G6PD缺乏症的预防提供了有价值的基础资料。

To investigating G6PD deficiency among the 0 -7 years children of four minority in Dehong of Yunnan.

Objective ： To understand the Dehong Dai and Jingpo, Deang, Achang 0 - 7 years old epidemiological status of G6PD deficiency. Methods： 2192 blood samples from children under 7 years old in Dehong of YunNan were tested by blood cell automatic a- nalysis, G6PD/6PGD quantitative ratio assay and hemoglobin electrophoresis. Results ： The incidence of G6PD deficiency of the area surveyed were 6. 6% , G6PD deficiency rates of different age was not significant difference between age groups. There are difference between men and women, the boy was higher than girls; G6PD deficiency rates of boy were 8. 4% in Dehong. Conclusion： The re- search showed the incidence rate of children whose the boys was higher than the girls either univariate analysis or multivariate analysis, there are sex - linked genetic pattern consistent with X; The incidence of G6PD deficiency was related that was More relevant than na- tional area. The investigation provides a valuable basis for information of the G6PD deficiency prevention and genetic counseling of Yunnan minorities in Dehong.
