舌根癌的手术治疗及并发症防治

目的探讨舌根癌的手术治疗方法及其并发症防治。方法对7例舌根癌患者的手术方法,手术入路,术后创面缺损的修复与重建以及并发症防治进行回顾性分析。结果5例患者切口一期愈合,2例皮瓣部分坏死,所有患者逐步恢复了吞咽及语言功能,术后补充放疗未见局部复发。结论选择合适的术式和手术入路,是彻底切除肿瘤的前提,同时有助于减小并发症的产生;良好的修复方法对术后吞咽、语言功能的影响较小;术后补充放疗有助于局部病灶的控制。

Surgical Treatment and Management for Complications in Carcinoma of the Base of Tongue

Objective To explore the surgical methods and management for complications in carcinoma of the base of tongue.Methods 7 cases with cancer of the base of tongue, their surgical ways, surgical approach, repair and reconstruction of postoperative wound defect as well as management of complications were retrospectively analyzed.Results 5 patients with a healing incision without infection,two cases of flap partial necrosis, the function of swallowing and speech recovered gradually in all patients; added radiotherapy postoperatively,no local recurrence happened.Conclusion To choose a suitable method and surgical approach is the premise of complete tumor resection, at the same time help reduce the production of the complications;a better repair method after operation with fewer affection to swallowing and language function;added radiotherapy after operation contributes to the control of local lesions.
