褐藻氨酸降压机制的离体标本分析
摘    要:
用离体实验方法观察了褐藻氨酸对兔主动脉条、大鼠子宫、大鼠后肢血管、豚鼠回肠和豚鼠心房的作用。结果表明,褐藻氨酸的降压作用与α和β受体无关,而与其对M胆碱受体的激动有关。与乙酰胆碱相比,褐藻氨酸是一弱的M受体激动剂,其效力较乙酰胆碱弱104以上。离体豚鼠心房实验还表明,褐藻氨酸的降压也与其对心肌收缩力的抑制有关,此抑制可能为褐藻氨酸对心脏的直接作用。

Abstract:
Studies in vitro on rabbit's aorta strips,rat's uterus, guinea pig's ileum and heart and blood vessels of rat's hind limbs showed that the hypotensive action of laminine had nothing to do with alpha-or-beta-receptors,but is related to muscarinic receptors.Acting like acetycholine,laminine activated muscarinic receptors but was 104 times weaker than acetycholine.Studies on isolated guinea pig's heart also showed that laminine suppressed myocardial contraction and decreased the heart rate.We suppose that the suppresion of the heart is a direct suppressive action of laminine.
