针刀松解联合穴位注射治疗跟痛症急性期炎症反应的疗效观察

目的观察针刀松解联合穴位注射对抑制跟痛症急性期炎症反应的效果。方法痛症急性期患者60例按照随机对照表法分为观察组与对照组各30例,其中对照组予以穴位注射治疗,观察组予以针刀松解联合穴位注射治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后炎性因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)]水平变化、症状积分变化及临床疗效、不良反应。结果治疗后两组患者视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、压痛评分、行走功能评分、IL-6、IL-8水平较治疗前均降低(P <0.05),观察组VAS评分、压痛评分、行走功能评分、IL-6、IL-8水平低于对照组(P <0.05),观察组总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的83.33%(P <0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均未出现不良反应。结论针刀松解能有效缓解跟痛症急性期患者的疼痛,改善症状,联合穴位注射可以显著降低炎症反应,疗效明显。

Observation on the Curative Effect of Acupuncture Knife Loosening Combined with Acupoint Injection in Treating Acute Stage Inflammation of Calcaneal Pain

Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture and knife loosening combined with acupoint injection on inhibiting inflammatory response in acute phase of calcaneal pain.Methods:60 patients with acute calcaneal pain were selected and divided into the observation group and control group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with acupoint injection,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture knife loosening combined with acupoint injection.The changes of inflammatory factor(IL-6,IL-8)levels,symptom integral change,clinical curative effect and adverse reactions were observed.Results:There was no significant difference in VAS score,tenderness score,walking function score and IL-6,IL-8 level between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS score,tenderness score,walking function score and IL-6,IL-8 level of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);the VAS score,tenderness score and walking function score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05)after treatment,and the IL-6,IL-8 level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate with 96.67%in the observation group was higher than 83.33%in the control group(P<0.05).The two groups had no adverse reactions during treatment.Conclusion:Acupuncture knife loosening can effectively relieve calcaneal pain and improve symptoms in patients with acute stage of calcaneal pain.In combination with acupoint injection,it can significantly reduce inflammatory response,and the curative effect is obvious,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
