| 摘 要： | 目的了解疟疾流行现状及其影响因素，掌握疟疾流行规律和趋势，为评价防治效果和制订疟疾防治对策提供科学依据。方法选择睢宁县疟疾发病率较高的官山镇为疟疾监测点，调查居民疟疾发病情况、居民防蚊设施使用情况，并进行媒介按蚊及病原学监测。结果2005～2009年间监测点发现疟疾病例40例，5年共血检9921人，平均血检率为5．28％，检出疟原虫阳性38人，平均阳性率为0．39％，中华按蚊叮人率维持在9—14（只／人／夜）之间。结论加强传染源管理是控制疟疾传播的重要措施，中华按蚊密度较高是当地疟疾疫情出现反复的主要因素之一。
