深圳市光明新区全人口孕产妇社区全程陪护健康管理模式效果评价

目的 评价在社区实施全人口孕产妇全程陪护健康管理的效果,探索在社区对全人口孕产妇进行健康管理的适宜模式.方法 对实施全程陪护健康管理前后孕产妇的母婴结局进行对比分析.结果 通过实施全人口孕产妇全程陪护健康管理后孕产妇死亡率、新生儿破伤风发生率、围生儿死亡率明显下降,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01);管理前后孕产妇及其家属对孕产期保健知识的知晓率比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 充分发挥社区卫生服务中心的妇幼保健功能,对社区全人口孕产妇进行全程陪护管理是一种比较好的孕产妇管理模式,但社区卫生服务中心要增加人力资源配备、完善设备和大力开展适宜技术才能确保社区全人口孕产妇全程陪护管理工作的落实.

Evaluation of Community-wide Escort-based Health Management Mode for Pregnant

Objective To evaluate the evaluation of community-wide escort-based health management mode for pregnant women.
