| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨急性心肌梗死患者红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW)与住院期间并发症发生风险之间的关系方法 采用巢式病例对照研究设计,对200例急性心肌梗死患者进行随访观察和配对病例对照研究,采用配对Logistics回归分析显示急性心肌梗死患者红细胞分布宽度与住院期间并发症发生的关系.结果 急性心肌梗死患者住院时RDW越高,其并发症发生率也越高(χ2趋势=19.808);RDW与并发症发生风险之间存在正相关(OR=1.565).结论 早期检测RDW能预测急性心肌梗死患者住院期间并发症发生的风险,临床医生可据此积极做好预防措施. |
