| 摘 要： | 目的 检测Paxillin在胃腺癌(GAC)、癌前期变化及慢性浅表性胃炎(CSG)中的表达,探讨其生物学功能及其与GAC病理特征的关系.方法 免疫组织化学链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶(S-P)法检测59例GAC、30例CSG及80例癌前期变化[包括30例慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)、30例肠上皮化生(IM)和20例异型增生(Dys)]组织中Paxillin的表达.结果 Paxillin在CAG组、IM组、Dys组和GAC组中表达均高于CSG组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).Paxillin的表达程度与胃黏膜病变程度呈正相关(rs=0.779,P=0.000).Paxillin在进展期、伴淋巴结转移及中、低分化组GAC组织表达高于早期、无淋巴结转移及高分化组GAC组织,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 Paxillin表达增高是GAC癌变和转移的重要分子事件,其影响可能在GAC发生的早期即已存在,并持续到GAC阶段,有望成为GAC淋巴结转移的预测指标. |
