原发性醛固酮增多症27例报告

目的 提高原发性醛固酮增多症的诊治水平。方法 分析1987—2002年收治的原发性醛固酮增多症27例;其中肾上腺瘤者2l例(78％);肾上腺皮质增生者6例(22％),均经手术和病理证实。结果 术后肾上腺瘤者2l例,血钾均恢复正常,19例血压恢复正常,2例仍高,肾上腺皮质增生者6例,血钾恢复正常5例,血压4例降到正常。结论 原醛症定性诊断主要靠症状和生化测定,定位靠B超、CT,开放性手术是主要的治疗手段。

Report of 27 cases of primary aldosteronism

Objective To present and evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of primary hyperaldosteronism. Methods From 1987 to 2002,27cases of primary aldosteronism were diagnosed and treated of which 21were caused by adrenal adenoma (78%)and 6 by adrenal hyperplasia(22%). The diagnosis was all ascertained on open surgery and pathological studies. Results In 19 cases of adrenal adenoma out of 21 and 4 cases of adrenal hyperplasia out of 6, the blood pressure drooped and the serum potassium level elevated to normal range after surgery. Conclusions The correct diagnosis of primary hyperaldosteronism depends on clinical symptoms and analysis of the biochemistry,B- ultrasonography and CT play the important role in diagnosis. Open surgery is the main teeatment method.
