| 摘 要： | 研究表明 ,颅内动脉瘤的易感基因在其发病机制中起着非常重要的作用。文章综述了近年来发现的可能与颅内动脉瘤发病密切相关的易感基因。这些基因的确定有望为颅内动脉瘤的筛选、诊断和防治提供新的思路。 |

| Abstract: | Studies have shown that the susceptibility genes of intracranial aneurysm play a very important role in its pathogenesis. The article reviews the susceptibility genes that may be closely associated with intracranial aneurysms found in recent years. The confirmation of these genes is expected to provide the new train of thoughts for screen, diagnosis, prophylaxis and treatment of intracranial aneurysm. |
