| 兴城矿泉浴加紫外线照射治疗寻常型银屑病1000例 | |

| 摘 要： | 本文总结了应用兴城矿泉浴加紫外线照射治疗寻常型银屑病１０００例，其治愈率为２８．４％，有效率９７．６％。病程短者优于病程长者，静止期优于进展期，病情轻者优于病情重者。本文对兴城矿泉浴加紫外线照射治疗银屑病的机理进行了分析探讨，认为该法治疗银屑病疗效高，副作用小，缓解期长，但治疗周期长，不能控制复发。 |

| Abstract: | cases of psoriasis vulgaris were treated by Xingcheng mineral spring bath and ultraviolet radiation was summared in this paper.The cure rate was 28. 4% ,the effective rate was 97. 6% .It is better that the short course of period, static period and mininal cases than that the long course of period, progressive period and far advanced cases. The mechnism of its was analyed, which was of good curative effect,less side effect, long remission period , but the cycle of treatment was long,the recurrence can' t be controlled. |
