中药内外联合治疗扁平疣临床观察

目的观察解毒清疣汤内服联合龙牡胆参汤外擦治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法将门诊患者按3∶2的比例随机分为治疗组30例、对照组23例。治疗组予解毒清疣汤内服、龙牡胆参汤外擦;对照组予西咪替丁口服、0.1%维A酸霜外用。结果治疗组痊愈率为66.67%,总有效率为93.33%;对照组痊愈率为34.78%,总有效率为69.57%。治疗组在痊愈率和总有效率方面均优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论解毒清疣汤内服联合龙牡胆参汤外擦治疗扁平疣具有较好疗效。

Treatment of verruca plana with combined internal with external therapies of Chinese medicine

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Jieduqingyou Decoction orally combined with Longmudanshen Decoction applied externally on verruca plana. Method The patients of outpatient department were randomly divided into the treatment group (n=30) and control group (n=23) in a proportion of 3 to 2. The treatment group was treated with Jieduqingyou Decoction orally combined with Longmudanshen Decoction applied externally, and the control group was treated with Cimetidine Tablets orally and 0.1 % Vitamin A Cream applied externally. Result In the treatment group the cure rate was 66.67 % and the total effective rate was 93.33 %. In the control group the cure rate was 34.78 % and the total effective rate was 69.57 %. The outcomes of the treatment group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of Jieduqingyou Decoction orally combined with Longmudanshen Decoction applied externally on verruca plana is quite good.
