恩替卡韦对慢性乙型重型肝炎抢救作用

目的探讨恩替卡韦对慢性重症肝炎的疗效和抢救作用。方法对64例慢性乙型重型肝炎患者分为对照组（32例）和治疗组（32例）,分别采用综合治疗和加用恩替卡韦（ETV）的治疗（0.5mgqd）,每周观察肝功能（Tb、ALT、AST、Alb、PT）,HBVM及HBVDNA,以及患者显示疗效的时间节点、好转率,进行统计分析。结果恩替卡韦治疗者降低HBVDNA较明显,1～2周为疾病高峰,3～4周高峰渡过、肝功能改善有显著性差异,好转率不断增加。结论一般重肝3～4周仍然疾病高峰,但ETV治疗组3～4周肝功能改善、组间疗效差异有显著性,提前渡过危险期,提示有一定的抢救作用。

A Ranging Clinical Study of the Antiviral Treatment with Entecavir in the Chronic Severe Hepatitis B Patients

Objective This study investigates the effect and rescue action of antiviral treatment in Chronic Hepatitis B Patients with Entecavir.Methods sixty-four patients which was the severe hepatitis B patients were 1:1 to receive either ETV(0.5 mg qd) as treatment group or Comprehensive treatment as the matched group.Measurements of liver function(TB、ALT、AST、ALB and PT),Serum Markers of Hepatitis B(HBsAg,HBsAb,HBeAg,HBeAb and HBcAb),HBVM and serum HBVDNA by PCR assay.Also the statistic analyses are made for time-points of the display effect and improvement proportion among the patients.Results The effectiveness of antiviral treatment with Entecavir are more potent in reducing serum HBV DNA levels.At first 1～2 weeks,it’s the severe time for the patient;The difference of statistic analysis was observed about the liver function improvement at week 3～4,the clinical cure rate and improvement proportion gradually increases.Conclusion The liver function could be improved with antiviral treatment of Entecavir at week 3,week 4 while the matched group is still at severe time with no difference for the patient.The effect of antiviral treatment with Entecavir is measurably in chronic severe Hepatitis B Patient.It turns to obviously statistic difference and having rescue meaning.
