沙眼衣原体感染对精液参数影响的研究

目的探讨男性生殖道沙眼衣原体感染（Chlarnydia trachomatis,CT）对精液分析各参数的影响。方法CT采用免疫层析法,精液分析采用计算机辅助精于分析系统进行测试,对测试结果进行统计学分析。结果感染组精子密度明显低于对照组（P〈0．01）;精子活率指标a级精子活、b级精子活、C级精子率对照组好于感染组（P〈0．01）,精子活动力评估项目曲线速度、直线速度、平均路径速度、平均移动角度对照组优于感染组（P〈0．01）。结论CT感染可引起精子数量减少、运动质量和能力减弱,进一步证实了生殖道CT感染是男性不育的重要原因。

The Effect the Chlamydia Trachomatis Infection on the Parameters of Sperm

Objective To study the effect of the Chlamydia Trehomatis （CT） infection on the parameters of sperm analyses. Methods Chlamydia trachomatis （CT） were detected by immunoehromatography. The semens analyse and statistics werer processed by using the assisted sperm analyse system of computer. Results The sperm density of the infection group was obviously lower than that of control group （P〈0. 01）. The sperm activity rate of A grade, B grade, C grade and D grade were higher than those of the infection group （P〈0. 01）. The sperm movement ability and quality of the control group including VCL, VSL, VAP, MAD were better markedly than those of the infection group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The CT infection may induce the lower sperm density and weaker movement ability and quality. It is confirmed that the CT infection of male genital duet was one of main causes of male infertility.
