社区卫生服务管理制度研究

目的 :建立一套科学、完整、规范的社区卫生服务管理制度。方法 :文献研究、调查研究、专题讨论。结果 :各市均订立了一些制度 ,但不健全 ,也不规范。 91 6 %的人认为制定管理制度是必要的 ,37 9%的人认为现行管理制度存在较多问题 ,6 0 0 %的人认为应尽快完善管理制度。在研究的基础上 ,拟订了《江苏省社区卫生服务管理制度》一套。建议 :要充分认识管理制度制订的必要性和科学性 ,要确立管理制度制订的依据和原则 ,要以江苏省卫生厅名义统一制订、颁布实施

Studied on Community Health Service Management System

Objective:To establish a set of scientific, complete, standard community health service management system. Method:Document research, investigate study and seminar are used.Result:Each city has concluded some systems, but un-sound, also non-standard. 91 6% of people think that prepare management system is necessity, 37 9% of them think that current management system exists many problems, 60 0% think that it should establish perfect management system as soon as possible. On the foundation of research, prepare a set of Jiangsu province community health service management system.Suggestion:To know scientificness and the necessaryness of managing system to work out fully, establish principle and the basis of managing system to work out and promulgate with Jiangsu Province Health Department nominal unification to implement manage system.
