高原红细胞增多症患者的血氧饱和度的观察

观察ＲＢＣ剧增而引起的高粘血症对血氧饱和度的影响。方法：对６例汉族高原红细胞增多症，５例藏族高原红细胞增多症和５例高原正常人的股动脉和肘正中静脉的血样隔绝空气进行血气分析，然后又把同一血样在体外３７℃的恒温条件下，进行体外通氧１５ｍｉｎ后再进行血气分析。

STUDY OF BLOOD OXYGEN SATURATION OF HIGH ALTITUDE POLYCYTHEMIA PATIENTS

Objective: To study the effect of polycythemia on blood oxygen saturation (BOS). Method: Blood samples were taken from femoral artery and intermdial vein of 11 high altitude polycythemia (HAPC) patients (6 Han people and 5 Tibetan) and 5 high altitude normal people. Isolated from air, these blood samples were analyzed. After the analysis, these samples were saturated with oxygen for 15 min at 37 C and then these samples were reanalyzed. Result: The arterial BOS of normal subjects was 86. 50% and patients' BOS were a little lower than that of the normals. After saturated with oxygen, it increased to 99. 87% and venous BOS increased from 33. 02% to 96. 55%. Although the patients' BOS increased after satuated with oxygen, the level was lower than that of the normals. The increasing rate of arterial BOS of patients was higher than that of the normals, but the increasing rate of venous BOS of patients was lower than of the normals. The arteriovenous oxygen partial pressure difference of the patients was significantly lower than than of the normals. Conclusion: The increasing rate of venous BOS of patients was lower than of the normals, which maybe relate with causes of HAPC.
